• SPECIALLY DESIGNED COLLECTOR PANEL
  All Vulcan Solar Water Heater collector panels are equipped with copper absorber plates to withstand corrosion and ensure optimum thermal conductivity.
• WEATHER PROOF STORAGE TANKS
  All Vulcan Solar Water Heaters have mains pressure steel storage cylinders lined with exclusive Multi-glaze Vitreous Enamel Lining to ensure long life under high water temperature. For extra protection, all cylinders are insulated with specially formulated rigid polyurethane foam enclosed in Colorbond or stainless steel jacket for all-weather protection. All Vulcan Solar Water Heater cylinders were created using the advance laser-guided welding technology to withstand high water pressure and more wear and tear.
• SUNSTAT VALVE
  To ensure safety, all Vulcan Solar “Hi-line” Models are fitted with Sunstat Valve at the return-pipe connection point to prevent excessive water temperature occurring in the cylinder.
• TEMPERATURE RELIEF VALVE
  Specially designed sealed spring valves fitted on Every Vulcan solar water heater cylinders to prevent excessive temperature and pressure build-up inside the tank.
• BACK-UP ELECTRIC BOOSTER
  Each storage cylinder is fitted with a low wattage single phase booster heating unit in order to provide electrical heating and boosting of water on days when the solar energy collected is insufficient to meet the demand.
